The website allows users to access digital content and information relating to products, services and brands that use Certilogo solutions. Users can access the different pages of the website through the available links and navigation tools and can consult text content, images, graphic elements, documents and informative materials. Some content may be associated with specific products or services and may be accessed through links, identification codes or other tools made available by Certilogo and participating brands. Pages may contain forms, buttons, links, multimedia content and downloadable documents, including materials in PDF format.

The website has undergone a preliminary technical assessment using automated tools and internal manual testing and is currently partially compliant with the accessibility requirements set out in WCAG 2.1, conformance level AA.
The website owner has initiated a structured accessibility review and remediation process with the support of specialised partners. The required updates have already been planned and assigned to the appointed technical partners, under the operational coordination of our internal and external digital teams.
The remediation plan includes a complete review of the website, periodic reviews of its templates, the correction of the main barriers to access and the systematic adoption of the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria.
As required by applicable legislation, the website owner has implemented, together with the aforementioned technical partners, an ongoing accessibility monitoring system that includes periodic external audits and technical checks following every significant release. This process demonstrates the company’s commitment to progressively improving the accessibility of its digital offering in accordance with the principles of inclusion and non- discrimination.

Assessment and Validation Tools and Methodology
The analysis was carried out on the main representative pages of the website, including the homepage, listings, product detail pages, checkout, customer account area, search functions, forms and editorial content.
The analysis was initially carried out using online tools including WAVE – Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool; Google Lighthouse through Chrome DevTools; axe DevTools by Deque Systems; Silktide; Get-Equo; and Webeyes for code scanning and navigation simulation. Manual checks were carried out by human testers and included, by way of example and without limitation, checking for the presence and playback of audio and video content, checking for subtitles and/or audio descriptions, reviewing the clarity of informative instructions, and verifying that text is presented as actual text rather than as an image. Where text is presented as an image, testers checked that the corresponding text was included in the image’s alternative text.
The manual checks also covered content reflow following zooming, changes in contrast and content when hovering with a pointer, error suggestions and other relevant aspects.

Description of How the Service Meets the Relevant Accessibility Requirements
The service currently meets a significant proportion of the accessibility requirements set out in Italian Legislative Decree No. 82/2022, particularly with regard to:

• the presence of a hierarchical heading structure, from H1 to H6, which is largely consistent across informative pages;
• keyboard accessibility for basic static components, including menus, text links and primary buttons;
• the accessibility of basic fields in contact and registration forms, which are characterised by good readability;
• sufficient colour contrast for the main headings and paragraphs displayed against a white background;
• basic compatibility with screen readers on static informative pages;
• the use of semantic structures and standard components that are compatible with assistive technologies;
• a generally hierarchical and linear content structure designed to facilitate reading through screen readers;
• the partial adoption of WCAG 2.1, conformance level AA, with particular attention to perceivability, operability and understandability.

Some requirements are still being implemented, particularly those relating to:

• the presence of descriptive alternative text for all informative images and other significant non-text content;
• the presence of an accessible name for non-decorative SVG elements used to communicate information or represent functions;
• the presence of clear and descriptive text or accessible names for all links;
• compliance with minimum contrast ratios between text, images of text and backgrounds;
• improved screen reader compatibility for certain graphic and interactive elements;
• the full accessibility of downloadable PDF documents available on the website.

The issues described above have been identified across multiple pages of the website because some of them relate to shared components and templates used in different sections. To address these requirements, a technical remediation process has been initiated and assigned to a multidisciplinary team comprising frontend developers, external accessibility specialists and digital content reviewers. The work includes aligning the website code with the requirements of the harmonised EN 301 549 standard and WCAG 2.1, conformance level AA, in accordance with Article 12 of the Decree. The website will be monitored periodically, including through external audits, to ensure full compliance with the applicable requirements and the continuous improvement of the digital access experience for all people, with or without disabilities.

Exemptions Due to Disproportionate Burden
To date, no exemptions due to disproportionate burden have been invoked or identified pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 82/2022. However, the website may also contain third-party tools, software, content or components that may not be fully accessible and that have neither been developed by nor are under the complete control of the website owner.
