Our collaboration

The Certilogo and New Guards Group collaboration started in 2020, with the goal of integrating authentication solutions for their products through Certilogo’s suite of Secure by Design™ solutions.


Since then, millions of New Guards Group's garments and accessories have been connected with secure authentication services that can be easily accessed by scanning a product’s QR code.

How it works

Tailor-made warranty for a one-of-a-kind brand.


Off-White’s unique warranty was based on the brand's specific requests and needs. For each watch in the limited edition collection, the packaging includes a dedicated product tag, complete with a QR and Certilogo or “CLG” code.


When the QR code is scanned, the buyer can authenticate and register their watch. The buyer can then generate a digital warranty document and potentially activate additional services.


Not your average Warranty

Once the ownership is registered and the warranty certificate is generated, the buyer can access a secure record of the product and protect their purchase.

The warranty also ensures it maintains its value if they want to resell it through a secondhand marketplace.
