Certilogo champions responsible fashion with Made For A Woman brand partnership
Certilogo, a leader in connected product and authentication solutions for fashion and the luxury brands, is proud to announce its support for Made For A Woman, a trailblazer in ethical fashion and sustainable practices.
The partnership was cemented following Made For A Woman’s standout presence at Milan Women's Fashion Week 2023, where the brand was recognized for its commitment to environmental and ethical sustainability and its mission to uplift and empower people from vulnerable and marginalized backgrounds.
Certilogo will provide digital ID solutions to support Made For A Woman’s mission to promote authenticity, transparency, sustainability, and circularity.
As of Spring 2024, Made For A Woman products will feature a unique Secure by Design™ QR Code powered by Certilogo. This will allow the brand’s customers to verify the authenticity of their garments by instantly scanning the QR Code and connect with the brand's inspiring narrative through a customized digital hub. In particular, customers will be able to access information about the Woman in Madagascar who produced their individual product and the materials used.
“We are very proud of working with Certilogo – an incredible partner who truly embodies our values and vision. At Made For A Woman, we are all about transparency and authenticity, from sharing the stories of the people who help us weave the future of fashion to our sustainable supply chain: this partnership takes us one step further, allowing us to protect our country's invaluable artisanal legacy, and the uniqueness of our creations.” - Eileen Akbaraly, CEO
By adopting Certilogo’s Secure by Design™ solution, Made For A Woman will also be able to actively track and combat counterfeit products that appear on the market, enabling them to protect the integrity of the Malagasy artistic legacy which is represented in each of their unique products.
“Certilogo is delighted to support Made for a Woman’s journey in creating responsible artisanal couture and empowering vulnerable populations. This collaboration underscores Certilogo's dedication to fostering a more ethical and transparent fashion industry." said Michele Casucci, General Manager at Certilogo.
